Each ticket is eligible for all prizes for the lottery purchased except those orders not received prior to published cut-off dates.
Yes. Should the ticket be a winner, the prize is then awarded to the corporation or business and the person who claims the prize must be able to prove they are an authorized officer of that company.
Should a purchaser want to put more than 2 names on a ticket it is recommended that the purchaser keeps a record of who is involved with the purchase. The licensee will not be responsible for any conflict between joint ticket purchases.
In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name, the lottery will award the prize to any individual whose name is listed on the stub. The licensee is not responsible for resolving any disputes, which may arise from the different individuals.
Once draws have been completed prize letters will be mailed out within 3-4 weeks following the draw. The prize letter informs the winner of what they have won and where and when to pick up their prize. They must have the prize letter and picture I.D. to claim the prize. All prizes must be accepted as awarded there will be no cash substitutions.
Any purchaser who RESIDES OUTSIDE ALBERTA BUT IS PHYSICALLY WITHIN ALBERTA AT TIME OF PURCHASE may purchase a ticket.
The ticket can be mailed to any address (even out of Alberta). The Cash and Camping Super Lottery is not responsible for provincial or state taxes imposed on a prize exported out of Alberta.
To better ensure the safety of our volunteers we choose not to accept cash. Debit is available.
The Lottery Manager, Financial Controller, Volunteer coordinator, and employees of Stride Management Corp. will not be eligible to purchase tickets. All members of the Swan City Rotary Club, Sunrise Rotary Club and After Five Rotary club are eligible to purchase tickets.

The Winner will be notified in writing and/or by phone call by lottery representatives; detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize. Also, the name, city and winning ticket number will be published within 14 days on the lottery website site cashandcamping.com.
“Best of Greece Tour for 2” will be awarded as a Travel Gift Certificate valued at $10,000 and have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred without the express written consent of UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel and the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie “Swan City”. This Travel Gift Certificate is redeemable on travel services through UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel only. Any deviation from the promoted travel package that exceeds the amount ($10,000.00) of the certificate the bearer is responsible for paying the upgraded amount. Based on availability at time of booking, peak dates and blackout periods apply, such as but not limited to, Canadian and US Statutory holidays (long weekend), Christmas, Spring and Easter (which vary from province to province) breaks are not available for travel with this prize. New bookings only. Bookings must be made at least 60 days in advance.
Vehicle mileage may include mileage incurred while transporting vehicles from venue to venue for the purpose of ticket sales. All vehicles must be picked up at supplier dealerships, no deliveries will be made.
Prizes do not include Insurance, registration, or installation fees. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, there will be no cash substitutes. All prizes must be claimed within three months from the final draw date.
If any prize(s) remains unclaimed for more than three (3) months from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prizes.
