The Loyalty Draw will be held at 2pm on May 10, 2019 at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 pm May 1, 2019 will be eligible for this draw.
The Early Bird Draw #1 will be held at 2pm on May 21, 2019 at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 pm May 12, 2019 will be eligible for this draw.
The Early Bird Draw #2 will be held at 2pm on June 25, 2019 at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 pm June 16, 2019 will be eligible for this draw.
The drawing of the final prizes will start on July 15, 2019 at 11am at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before the deadline of 11:00 pm July 6, 2019 will be eligible for this draw.
All of the above mentioned draws are open to any member of the general public wishing to attend.
The first draw will be The Loyalty Draw followed by Early Bird Prize #1 and Early Bird Prize #2 and concluding with the final prizes. Final prizes will be drawn in order of the least retail value up to the greatest retail value. All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws.
Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Stride Management Corp. and under licensing approval by the licensing body, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by AGLC. Draws are conducted using a Random Generated Number (RNG) system, certified and approved by AGLC. All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws.
All winners will be notified in writing by Stride Management Corp. detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize(s). Also, all names, cities and winning ticket numbers will be published within 14 days following the draw on the lottery website at cashandcamping.com
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, there will be no cash substitutes. All prizes must be claimed within one year from the final draw date.
Vacation destinations offered as prizes are subject to change at any time and may be replaced with alternate resorts and/or destinations of equal value upon the approval of the Alberta and Gaming and Liquor Commission. Where air transportation is provided, Grand Prairie will be the point of origin. Prize redemption will be subject to availability of packages at the time of booking. All prize trips must be claimed within one year from the date of the draw.
Vehicle mileage may include mileage incurred while transporting vehicles from venue to venue for the purpose of ticket sales. All vehicles must be picked up at supplier dealerships, no deliveries will be made.
Prizes do not include Insurance, registration, or installation fees. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
If any prize(s) remains unclaimed for more than one (1) year from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prizes. The committee reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the published prize is no longer available upon the approval of Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.
Contest guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets: the Lottery Manager, the Ticket Auditor, Financial Controller, employees of Stride Management Corp., immediate family of those listed above and anyone under the age of 18. All members of the Swan City Rotary are eligible to purchase tickets. The Licensee will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket due to the requirements of the Public Trustee Act.
In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to one individual whose name appears on the stub. The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.
Retail value of the prizes is $$445,905.56 (includes GST).
DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS:
All tickets will be controlled by committee members and are only available by mail, internet, and at the Great Northern Casino sales tent or outlets identified by the committee as required.
Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard & bank debit card. The Lottery Committee’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.
Total number of tickets will be 1,250 single tickets at $50 each 5,775 sets of 3 for $100 and 2,300 sets of 8 for $200 for a grand total of 36,975 tickets.
Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission will the Licensee make a request for a draw date extension.
