Cash & Camping 2026 Lottery Rules
There are 2,750 tickets at $85 each, 1,750 sets of 3 for $210, 500 sets of 5 for $325 and 525 sets of 15 for $450 18,375 tickets total.

All draws will be open to the public and will be made under the supervision of at least two executive members (or delegates) of the licensed group. Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Wave Media Inc. and under licensing approval by the licensing body, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by AGLC. Draws are conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, certified and approved by AGLC. Winners will be announced at https://www.cashandcamping.com/. All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws. There are 18 prizes in total. Ticket buyers are eligible for all draws provided they purchase before any draw deadline. In the case of a power outage the draw will be delayed until power is restored. If not restored within 2 hours, the draw will be rescheduled and advertised to the public and ticket purchasers.

The Loyalty Draw will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 10:30 am at the New Horizon Cooperative Downtown Food Store; 9831 100 Ave, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 0T7. Groceries for a Year, valued at $5000 from New Horizon Co-operative Limited.
Sales cut off will be Monday, May 4, 2026 at 11:59pm.

The 1st Early Bird draw will be held Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 10:30 at the House of Hair; 10418 99 Ave #105, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 0S3

When prize trips are won, the restrictions laid out by the Travel Agency (i.e. dates of travel, time frame, value) must be ensued and awarded as is. Reference to restrictions are laid out below;

-4 nights accommodations in destination
-Daily Breakfasts, activities in destination and all transfers in destination
If the Panama Vacation is not the winners’ destination of choice, this voucher may be put into a credit file with UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel for a value of $4,000.00 for any other vacation package to be booked prior to July 31 2027. If at the time of booking, the vacation package chosen exceeds the value of $4,000.00 the traveler is responsible for paying the fare difference. If the package price is below the set amount, then the remaining balance will be forfeited. The trip must be booked prior to July 31 2027.

The trip package has no cash value, and is non-transferable to another person without the express consent of the Lottery Management and UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel.
The final draw will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 6:00 pm, or sooner if all tickets have been sold and approval is granted by AGLC. Final draw location will be at Traveland RV Grande Prairie, 15211 100 St, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 7C2.

Tickets will not be sold to persons under the age of 18. Ticket Sellers will advise adult ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under 18 years of age on the ticket. Tickets can be purchased in person, online, by phone or mail. Only one method of payment will be accepted per order. Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Debit, Money Order or Cheque are accepted forms of payment. All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. Tickets will be sold and advertised within the Province of Alberta however this does not exclude people coming into the province to purchase tickets. Ticket orders online and via telephone may only be processed for Alberta residents. In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the licensed charity shall award the prize to the first name appearing on the ticket. The licensed charity and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose name appear on the ticket.
Members of the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie “Swan City” are allowed to purchase tickets. The Raffle Ticket Manager, staff of Wave Media Inc, Tap5050 and immediate family members (spouse, parent, son, daughter, brother, sister or the spouse of any of these individuals) will be prohibited from purchasing lottery tickets.

Gift certificates for retailers involved in draws shall be used for merchandise in their place of business; no cash will be given. All gift certificates are valid for a minimum of one year from date of draw. All prizes, gift cards and gift certificates must be accepted as awarded with no other cash option. GST included in retail value in all prizes.

All prizes are deemed “new” by retailers involved. Prizes shall be accepted “as is”.
The Cash & Camping Lottery will attempt to notify all winners for 3 months from the time of the draw. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email and or mail. The mail will require the signature of the ticket holder as proof of notification. All winners will have 3 months from the draw date to claim their prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, from the Lottery Office, the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie “Swan City” will request the permission of AGLC to donate the prize back to their office and use it for another event. All prizes may be claimed by showing the winning portion of the ticket &/or government issued photo identification.

Prize pick up for all prizes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The Cash & Camping Lottery will not be responsible for the delivery of any of the prizes. All large item prizes must be claimed at the Cash & Camping Sales Site or Cash & Camping office location. If a request is made to mail prizes to the Winner, the Cash & Camping Lottery is in no way responsible for the item if it is lost in the mail. It is the winner’s responsibility to pay for the shipping of any item and it is their responsibility to arrange shipping. In order for a prize to be mailed to a winner, they will first have to provide in person or e-mail a copy of a Prize Release form to the Lottery office. They will be required to sign a release form referring to the points outlined in this document. The Lottery will not solicit sponsors for a replacement prize. In the event of a dispute the terms and conditions of this document will be the governing decision to resolve the issue. The Rotary Club of Grande Prairie “Swan City” accepts no liability associated with any loss or damages to individuals or property in any way associated with any prize.

Tickets cannot be refunded.

The Cash & Camping Lottery will request an extension on the 2026 Lottery if we have not reached our break-even point as of the final ticket sales cut off date of Monday, July 20, 2026 at 11:59pm.

All gift certificates, trips and events prizes are subject to the conditions set out by the individual business supplying the prize and are detailed in this document.

Summer Cash 5050 2026 Raffle Rules
Tickets will be sold at 300 for $10 each, 3,000 sets of three for $25, 1,175 sets of five for $40 and 7,500 sets of 15 for $50 for a total of 127,675 tickets printed.

The draw will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 6:00 pm, or sooner if all tickets have been sold and approval is granted by AGLC. This draw will be held at Traveland RV Grande Prairie, 15211 100 St, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 7C2. An extension of this date will only be requested should not enough tickets be sold to cover prize costs and expenses. There is one prize of 50% of total ticket sales. Sales cut off will be Monday, July 20, 2026 at 11:59pm.

10 Days of Summer 2026 Raffle Rules
Tickets will be sold at 500 for $20 each, 2,500 sets of 3 for $50 and 650 sets of 15 for $100 for a total of 17,750 tickets printed.

On Monday July 27, 2026 and Monday August 3, 2026 we will award a prize of $1,000 cash. On Tuesdays July 28, 2026 and August 4, 2026 will award a prize of $1,500 cash. On Wednesdays July 29, 2026 and August 5, 2026, we will award a prize of $2,500 cash, on Thursdays July 30, 2026 and August 6, 2026 we will award a prize of $5,000 cash and on Fridays July 31, 2026 and August 7, 2026 we will award a prize of $10,000 cash. Additionally, each winner will also receive a $50 gift card from Better than Freds. There are 10 prizes total for an overall value of $40,500. There is no cash in lieu option for the Gift Cards.

Prizes are awarded as is.

The draw will be held in the following order: The 2 Mondays in calendar order, followed by 2 Tuesdays in calendar order, followed by 2 Wednesdays in calendar order, then the 2 Thursdays in calendar order, followed by the 2 Fridays in calendar order.
